Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order.
When can I expect delivery?
Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch takes 3–4 business days. The estimated combined delivery time is 4–6 business days, subject to the order cutoff and non-business days. This is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee.
What is the order cutoff?
Our cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays enter processing on the next business day.
How do I choose my size?
Use the body and garment measurements on each product page. Garment length excludes fringe. Compare the measurements with a vest you own.
Can I return my vest?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, it must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging with original tags attached. Contact us first for authorization.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for returns caused by our error, damage or a defect. You pay for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, your refund will be initiated to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear.
